Resolution text
The rules of the preparation of the General Assembly has been fulfiled and all
deadlines met.
The only exception is the call for the Executive Committee and Member
Organisations, with the original deadline on February 26th, Thursday, which was
extended until February 28th, Saturday - to fit with the month.
